RETURN POLICY

At akelo., all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. Please review our exchange terms carefully.

EXCHANGES ONLY

We offer exchanges only for eligible items. To qualify:

    •    The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused

    •    All original tags and packaging must be intact

    •    You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item at your expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit or send the exchanged item, depending on availability.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We do not accept exchanges on:

    •    Items marked final sale

    •    Worn, washed, or damaged items

    •    Items returned without original tags or packaging

    •    Custom or limited edition items

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@weareakelo.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    The item(s) you’d like to exchange

    •    Reason for the exchange

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or returned.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.
